Yes, I had a positive experience. I think more equipement would have allowed for a broader range of recovery strategies and therapies. The physical therapist and support staff are professional, concerned enough to offer all they can with services that they have available.

Parker is great to work with. Recommended exercises were very helpful and adjustable to my comfort level within reason, given my age and knee issues, I feel that PT has helped with promoting a more active lifestyle – more exercise including dance & yoga.

I came to therapydia in pain, feeling defeated. Parker provided excellent care, keeping in mind how my body was doing at the time, adjusting the plan as needed. He always answered my questions and explained the next steps in my care, encouraging me when I’d have the occasional backslide. I am so much stronger now! The front desk staff, Alex & Bradley are tops!

I have a knee problem and it got worse at an older age. I have tried different exercises and a hyaluronic acid injection, yet the results were not obvious until I tried physical therapy at Therapydia. The improvement is noticeable and I will definitely recommend Therapydia for physical therapy.
