I really enjoyed working with Christine, she was great at explaining proper technique and also explaining why I feel the pain where I feel it. We worked on strengthening muscle systems with easy to do exercises that gave me the most ‘bang for my buck’. I’ve felt my strength grow during our time working together. Now it’s up to me to keep it up!

Spencer was very thorough in his assessment & is incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process. The PT anywhere app is a useful tool for the patient to reference back the exercises & support consistency in patient journey. I left feeling much more confident in my recovery journey and left a positive impact on my strength and mobility.

Yes, I had a positive experience. Spencer makes it a point to connect with his patients which makes each session a positive experience. I also felt challenged when I needed to be and feel exponentially better than 9 months ago. Spencer has helped me return to sport which I appreciate.

I have been working with Jan since Nov’24 so 2ish months now. He has a balanced, non-coddling approach to PT & ACL rehab which helped me immensely. We hit our goals & have been working on holistic leg muscle strengthening. Appreciate him balancing my opinion into what we do.
