As of January 1, 2015 all 50 states have a version of “Direct Access”. This allows you to be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist without first seeing a physician for a prescription. Direct Access saves you time and money, expediting your treatment, relief, and recovery. While Direct Access varies from state to state, your local clinic can help you navigate your state’s specific requirements. In rare instances an insurance provider may still require a physical referral. We will gladly help you determine your provider’s requirements.
