As a Physical Therapist you are:

• Enthusiastic working in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Passionate about patient education and delivering quality patient care in a 1:1 treatment setting.
• Focused on addressing the WHY (reasons) behind a patient’s WHAT (source)
• Open to receiving or providing mentorship/feedback to other staff members.

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Outpatient experience is highly preferred
• Active PT license
• Active CPR certification
• Previous orthopedic and/or sports experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Advanced certification/training preferred (OCS, SCS, CHT, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

Physical Therapist Compensation and Benefits:

• $100,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience, specialties and performance)
• Increased compensation for advanced certification/specialization (WCS, FAAOMPT, etc…)

Compensation Range: $100k–$150k base salary. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
