Office Manager

What drives my work at the clinic is being able to make other peoples’ day lighter, brighter and more vibrant! Providing attentive, solution-based care has been at the heart of learning how to be a better resource to my patients. I like to employ a down-to-earth, strengths-focused approach in helping all patients upfront, and handling all aspects of clinic maintenance behind-the-scenes so they can focus on their healing and potential! In my downtime, I enjoy reading, practicing piano, seeing friends and cuddling my black cat Sunday.

Tony Torrez, PT, DPT Senior Staff Physical Therapist

Tony Torrez, PT, DPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Tony found his passion for physical therapy following the end of his Marine Corps career as he wanted to continue his public service with a focus into the healing arts, and after being introduced to Massage Therapy through his mother, his wife noticed his excitement when working with more acutely injured patients. He received his B.S. in Kinesiology at Notre Dame de Namur University, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Since his graduation, he has been working with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries with a focus on integrating his massage therapy and physical therapy skills as a Manual Therapist, and has been building his expertise in myofascial decompression and pelvic health therapy. He wants to develop his skills in order to finish his Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) requirements, and earn his Manual Therapy Certification (MTC), his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Orthopedic Specialist Certification (OCS) to better integrate a more holistic and in-depth approach to healing, and better educate his clients within all stages of athleticism from dormant to professional status to prevent reinjury. When he is not refining his skills or running clinics, he likes to partake in deep conversations, venture to the beach, watch indie films, play video games, and visit microbreweries/local eateries with his wife.

Bethany grew up in Sacramento, California. She attended Grand Canyon University, graduating with a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. Bethany attended South College where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While attending South College, Bethany led and taught fellow students manual therapy techniques as part of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists organization. She became interested in physical therapy during her time as a cheerleader in high school and college. She saw the high risk for injuries and the need for specific rehab and strength to return to the sport. Bethany believes in finding and addressing the root cause of dysfunction using manual therapy techniques as well as functional activities to promote independence and wellness. She believes that the body is very interconnected and that the mind and environment around us play an important role in the way the body experiences and perceives pain. Outside of work, she loves to participate in creativity such as crocheting and embroidery. She enjoys staying active with her own fitness journey and volunteering with local cheer teams.
