Staff Physical Therapist Job Description
Full-time, Part-time or Per Diem | $100,000–$150,000

We offer longer one-on-one treatments for more comprehensive care in a relaxed setting to help our patients reach their lifetime wellness goals. We have 3 clinics located in Saratoga, Sunnyvale and San Francisco, surrounded by everything that makes California great; hiking trails, sandy beaches, access to skiing a few hours away and a sprawling nightlife. We have been a positive contributor to the Bay Area community for nearly 10 years! Each clinic is boutique in nature with approximately 1600 square feet that feels like home, not just work. Whether you treat using predominately free weights, pilates equipment or other state of the art equipment like the Keiser Pneumatical Functional Trainer, we have it all. What You Can Expect
- One-on-One PT patient care
- 40-minute treatment times
- Realistic productivity goals
- Autonomy to work closely with each patient and exercise your treatment style
- Specialization opportunities in women’s/pelvic health, pediatric therapy vestibular rehab, advanced manual specialization, sport-specific therapy, adolescent sports rehab, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and injury prevention

Job Requirements
- Previous orthopedic and/or sports experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Advanced certification/training preferred (OCS, SCS, CHT, etc.)
- Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem options
Compensation and Benefits
- $100,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience, specialties and performance)
- Increased compensation for advanced certification/specialization (WCS, FAAOMPT, etc…)
- Per Diem (non-benefitted): $80/hr
- $100k–$150k compensation
